Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos as proof.
Refund Policy
To eligible for a refund:
- The item must be returned with 7 days of purchase.
- The product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt of proof of purchse is required.
Note:
- If the product is damaged, used or returned after 7 days of purchase, the refund will not be processed.
- Some items qualify for refund but are not eligible for a refund. These will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used products
Products with tampered packaging
Items returned without original packaging
3. Return Approval
Once your request is reviewed and approved, instructions for return will be shared. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
4. Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred from our side.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
